The college admissions landscape has become increasingly complex—and for many students, especially those who feel anxious, struggle with focus and organization, or have ADHD or other learning differences, navigating college admissions can quickly become overwhelming. Meet the Founder

Over 500 students supported through the college admissions process

Aligned Educational Consulting was founded by Meredith Hendrix, a college admissions professional with over seven years of experience guiding students through the college application process.

Over the course of her career, Meredith has worked with more than 500 students, helping them navigate academic planning, extracurricular development, and the full college application journey.

Her work is rooted in the belief that the college application process should feel structured, supportive, and human—not overwhelming or transactional. Meredith is also trained in positive psychology–based coaching for adolescents through the Worth-It program, which informs her work helping students build confidence, resilience, and self-awareness.

She is especially skilled at supporting students who benefit from additional structure, accountability, and step-by-step guidance—including students who may struggle with organization, follow-through, or feeling overwhelmed, as well as those with ADHD, anxiety, or other learning differences. Her approach is tailored to how each student thinks and works, helping them engage more fully, build confidence, and make steady progress toward their goals.
